30 Day and 5 Minute Plank Challenges May Be Doing More Harm Than Good!
The Front Plank is getting lots of attention these days with fads such as the ’30 Day Plank Challenge’ and ‘5 minute plank’ challenges hitting the web! At Pro Sport Physiotherapy we feel there are far better ways to train the core the way it is designed to move! In the article below, Dave outlines problems with the front plank and why it is not a great idea to be doing this exercise if your goal is to train the core!

“I’d been struggling for the best part of a year with what I (and my old physio) thought was a damaged hamstring.
