Paul Cremin (Sports and Non Sports Injuries Physiotherapist)
Paul is originally from Cork, Ireland and is a Sports Physiotherapist working in both the ProSport Physiotherapy Huddersfield and Halifax clinics. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh, as well as a honours degree in Sports and exercise rehabilitation.
Paul has previously completed a 6-month internship in the USA working with Olympic athletes and elite level American football players at Texas A &M University. As well as this, Paul has worked with a large number of Gaelic football and hurling teams in Ireland along with rugby union teams in Scotland. Paul has also undertaken an intense internship with the Huddersfield Giants Rugby League Football Club under the supervision of Head Physiotherapist, Dave O’Sullivan.
In 2015, Paul was appointed as the Head Physiotherapist for Halifax Rugby League Club. Paul leads the medical department and has put structures in place to ensure Halifax has one of the leading medical departments in the Championship. Paul also continues to provide physiotherapy services to Huddersfield Giants Rugby League Football Club.
Paul treats both sporting and non-sporting injuries at the Huddersfield and Halifax Clinics. Paul uses his background in both physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation to enable clients return to their chosen activities using a combination of hands-on manual therapy and self- management approaches in addition to specific rehabilitation programmes.
