How Does This Help My Running?
Additional Quick Tips
    • Keep your teeth slightly apart. 
    • Lip together.
    • Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth.
    • Gently press into the pallet. 
    • Inhale through your nose SLOWLY for roughly 2 FULL seconds.
    • Exhale through your nose until you empty your lungs.
    • Pause for 2 seconds and then re inhale through your nose.
    • Maintain this position throughout the day.
