Energy Leaks And Proper Running Form: Applied Example

Proper running form is an intricate process. We posted a great article on proper running form last week titled ‘Energy Leaks’ and how they are affecting your running. This video is a follow up of that article as we show you some of the principles in practice and the importance of these key relationships. As you will learn in the video in a moment, if these key relationships do not happen, then somewhere else has to pay the price. We go in depth into how not having proper running form can cause injuries such as achilles, calf and hip flexor strains.
