Front Planks cause more harm than good!!

Front planks are a great exercise HOWEVER at our clinics we typically see this exercise executed with very poor technique especially by runners! This causes the low back muscles to overwork for the abdominals and from here all sorts of issues can occur.

Does your front plank look like this while you perform a good breathing pattern? If not then doing the front plank could be causing more harm than good!
